The last step in Brunson's belief architecture is a reframe: take each of your three core false beliefs and rewrite it as a "secret" that provokes curiosity.1

The false belief is a barrier. The secret is bait.

Same underlying content, opposite emotional charge — you convert the thing blocking the sale into the thing pulling the prospect in.2

Curiosity, Brunson says, is the key. A stated objection makes a prospect defensive; a curiosity-framed secret makes them lean forward and want to hear the answer.

The Three ClickFunnels Secrets

Brunson shows the transformation on his own three false beliefs.3

False belief #1 (vehicle): "I don't understand how funnels work for me." Rewritten as Secret #1: "Funnel Hacking — How to Ethically Steal Over $1,000,000 Worth of Funnel Hacks from Your Competitors for Under $100."

False belief #2 (internal): "I'm not technical." Rewritten as Secret #2: "Funnel Cloning — How to Clone a PROVEN Funnel Inside ClickFunnels in Less Than 10 Minutes."

False belief #3 (external): "I don't know how to drive traffic." Rewritten as Secret #3: "My #1 Traffic Hack — How to Get the Exact SAME Customers Going to Your Competitors to Come to Your Funnel Instead."4

Each objection became a promise wrapped in curiosity. "I'm not technical" (a fear) became "clone a funnel in 10 minutes" (a tantalizing capability).

Why This Reframe Works

The mechanism is that a curiosity gap is more motivating than a resolved objection.5

If you simply answered the objection ("don't worry, you don't need to be technical"), you'd resolve the concern but generate no forward pull.

The prospect feels reassured and inert.

By reframing the objection as a secret ("how to clone a funnel in 10 minutes"), you leave the answer withheld. The prospect now has an open loop — they want to know the secret — and that open loop pulls them through the presentation toward the resolution, which is the purchase.

So the reframe does double duty: it addresses the objection (implicitly promising the fear is unfounded) and creates curiosity that drives engagement. You've turned a stopping-point into a pulling-point. The same content that would have halted the prospect now propels them.

Analytical Case Study: The Grammar of the Reframe

Look at the transformation grammatically, because the pattern is replicable.6

The false belief is a fear stated in the first person: "I can't [do the hard thing]." The secret is a capability promised in the second person: "How to [achieve the desired result] without [the feared obstacle]."

"I'm not technical" → "How to clone a proven funnel in 10 minutes." The self-doubt becomes a capability. The obstacle (technical skill) is dissolved by the promise (10 minutes, cloning). The fear's specific content ("technical") is answered by the secret's specific mechanism ("clone, not build").

This is the opportunity-switch headline formula ("how to [result] without [fear]") applied at the objection level. Each secret is a mini-headline that takes the prospect's specific fear and promises the result minus that fear. The three secrets are three such headlines, one per core belief — which is why the framework produces the titles of the presentation's content sections.

Where the Curiosity Shades Into Overpromise

The reframe inherits the honesty problem of every curiosity technique in the book.

"Ethically steal $1,000,000 of funnel hacks for under $100" is a thrilling secret. It's also a claim that had better be deliverable — if the product doesn't actually let you do something worth that framing, the curiosity gap you opened closes on disappointment.

The reframe rewards maximal intrigue: the more tantalizing the secret, the more it pulls. And maximal intrigue tempts overpromise — "clone a funnel in 10 minutes" is compelling precisely because it sounds almost too good, which is exactly the register that shades into exaggeration.

The word "ethically" in the first secret is worth noting — it's doing defensive work, preempting the objection that "stealing" competitors' funnels is wrong by asserting it isn't. That's the reframe managing not just the prospect's curiosity but their moral hesitation, which is a further layer of engineering. The honest operator makes secrets that are intriguing and deliverable; the format's reward structure pushes toward intriguing regardless of deliverable.

Why Three and Not Thirty

There's a discipline in stopping at three secrets that's easy to overlook and connects back to the Big Domino logic.

You excavated 20+ false beliefs. You could, in principle, reframe all of them into 20+ secrets. Brunson says three — one per column, each the core belief of its category.

The reason is the same conversion mechanic as the Big Domino: more things to believe means lower conversion. Three secrets is already pushing it (three is more than the ideal one), but three is the minimum needed to cover the logically complete objection-space of vehicle/internal/external. Fewer would leave a category unaddressed; more would dilute.

So three is a deliberate balance — enough to cover every kind of objection, few enough to preserve conversion. The 17 other false beliefs don't get their own secrets; they get handled inside the three, as sub-objections the core-belief stories sweep up. The restraint to three is itself an application of the concentration principle: cover the space with the fewest possible curiosity gaps, because each additional thing you ask the prospect to engage with costs you.

Implementation Workflow

You have your three core false beliefs (vehicle, internal, external) from the three-secrets sort.

Rewrite each as a curiosity secret using the headline grammar: "How to [desired result] without/despite [the feared obstacle in that belief]." Turn the fear into a promised capability.

Aim for a curiosity gap — withhold the answer. The secret should make the prospect want to know how, not simply reassure them. An open loop pulls; a closed reassurance sits inert.

Make the secret specific and vivid (10 minutes, $1,000,000, the exact same customers). Specificity is what makes curiosity credible rather than vague hype.

Then the honesty gate: can the product actually deliver what each secret promises? A secret that opens a curiosity gap the product can't close converts on intrigue and disappoints on delivery. The format rewards the most tantalizing framing; your integrity has to hold the framing to what's true, because the technique won't.

Diagnostic: Intriguing and True, or Just Intriguing?

An honest secret reframes a real objection as a curiosity gap the product genuinely closes. "Clone a funnel in 10 minutes" is honest if the software really does that. The intrigue is delivered on, and the prospect who buys gets the promised capability.

An overpromising secret maximizes intrigue beyond what the product delivers, opening a curiosity gap that closes on disappointment. The framing sounds almost-too-good because it is, and the buyer discovers the secret was hype.

The test is whether the product delivers the specific promise in the secret. If the secret says "10 minutes" and it takes a week, the reframe lied to open the loop.

Evidence, Tensions, Open Questions

Self-reported with the ClickFunnels secrets, no data.7 The technique matches established copywriting (curiosity headlines, benefit-framing); the specific objection-to-secret reframe is Brunson's synthesis of it.

Tension: the reframe rewards maximal intrigue, which tempts overpromise, and Brunson optimizes for curiosity pull without a deliverability check. The most compelling secret and the honest secret diverge exactly when the thrilling framing outruns the product.

Second tension: the "ethically" example shows the reframe managing moral hesitation as well as curiosity — engineering not just what the prospect wonders but what they permit themselves to want. That's a further layer of influence the surface technique conceals.

Open question: is there a version of the reframe that maximizes curiosity within the bound of what the product delivers — or does the pull of intrigue structurally push every operator toward promising slightly more than they can give?
