The spark: [PERSONAL] The artist / content creator / content engineer split is sharper than it looks because it's not three people — it's three modes one person flips between in a single afternoon. You can write a real sentence at 9am (artist), reformat it for the feed at 11 (content creator), and by 2pm be reverse-engineering a thumbnail from yesterday's analytics (content engineer). The damage isn't being any one of them. It's not noticing which one is driving.
The live wire (second framing): A daily self-audit that asks one question before each work block: which engine is on right now? Not to ban the content-engineer — sometimes the rent is real — but to stop it from quietly colonising the hours that were supposed to belong to the slow, deep, unprofitable work.
Where it could go: A short tool/essay — "the three-mode check-in." Pairs with Artist, Content Creator, Content Engineer and Burning Clean Engines.
