Building The Way and the Dynamic, the natural cross-domain reach was Tesshu's ji (particular technique) and ri (universal principle) from Muto Ryu — a clean match for Cook Ting's ox. Then, writing The Dimensional Mind earlier in the same build, the same ji/ri structure had already been reached for, independently, to explain Greene's two-requirement model (depth plus flexibility). Then again in Transform Yourself Through Practice, Cesar Rodriguez's combat automaticity got the same handshake a third time.
Three separate pages, built at three separate points in a multi-day session, all reaching for the same swordsmanship metaphor without any of them planning to in advance.

Every one of Greene's "fingertip feel" cases (Mozart's second transformation, Einstein's relativity, Rommel's desert, Rodriguez's dogfight) describes the identical structure Tesshu named eight centuries earlier and a fraction as verbosely: technique so deeply internalized it stops requiring conscious mediation. Greene needed roughly ninety thousand words and nine biographies to say what ji/ri says in two syllables.
This isn't just "Eastern philosophy anticipated Western psychology" — the vault has plenty of those, and most are decorative. This one is different because it recurred involuntarily, three separate times, from three separate case studies with nothing else in common (a Renaissance composer, a theoretical physicist, a fighter pilot). When the same cross-domain handshake keeps getting reached for without being planned, that's usually a signal the underlying phenomenon is genuinely singular — one real thing wearing three different biographical costumes — rather than three loosely-related insights that happen to share vocabulary.
Worth testing directly: is there a single, tighter cross-domain page that could hold all of Greene's "fingertip feel" cases under the ji/ri frame at once, rather than three separate handshakes scattered across three pages each doing the comparison from scratch? Promotion criterion: if a fourth or fifth unrelated Greene case (from Laws of Human Nature, say) independently reaches for the same structure without being planned to, that's strong enough evidence to justify consolidating into one dedicated page rather than leaving the pattern scattered.
Watch for a fourth unplanned recurrence during any future Greene ingest (48 Laws of Power, 33 Strategies of War) before consolidating. Three is suggestive; four would be a pattern worth its own page.
