Three documents in the Hanumanic Strategy corpus specify an organisation: a membership community in four concentric rings, a three-level certification programme with named modules and assessment criteria, and a version roadmap running to 2074.1 The organisation has four paid subscribers and takes $465 a year.2
⚑ That gap is real and it is not what it looks like. ⚠ The build has documented this corpus fabricating evidence, and these three documents fabricate nothing — which makes them the case that forces a distinction the build has been missing.
A concentric-circle model, and each ring is defined by what its members do rather than by what they pay.1
Inner Circle — Dharma Practitioners. Committed daily practitioners of the complete three-track system, contributing to framework development, mentoring, acting as "cultural movement leaders." Second Circle — Active Learners. Implementing selected practices, testing frameworks, bridging to wider knowledge-worker communities. Third Circle — Engaged Observers. Following the content, occasionally participating, "potential future practitioners evaluating paradigm fit." Outer Circle — Cultural Influence. Indirect exposure through content and professional contact.
Three build phases: Foundation in months 1–12, targeting "20–50 active core practitioners with daily practice commitment" · Expansion in year 2 · Cultural Impact in year 3+.
A weekly rhythm — Monday intention, Wednesday practice check-in, Friday integration, weekend renewal — and monthly intensives rotating framework development, individual mastery support, cultural contribution and planning.
⭐ Four cultural principles, and the second is the one that matters: Humble Excellence · Transparent Development — "open sharing of learning process including failures" · Mutual Accountability · Cultural Stewardship. ⚑ A community whose stated norm is publishing failure is a different proposition from one built on testimonials, and it is consistent with the corpus's strongest epistemic material.3
Plus governance: principle-based decision filters, consensus building, and "a restorative justice approach" to conflict.
Named modules with week counts, assessment methods and requirements at every level.1
Foundation — Dharma Practitioner (3–6 months). Three modules at 4, 6 and 6 weeks: philosophical foundation · three-track introduction · personal practice development. Assessed on continuous practice documentation, peer learning facilitation, real-world framework application and community contribution. ⭐ Certification requires 90 days of consistent practice, peer endorsement, and "original framework or tool creation serving others."
Intermediate — Strategic Philosopher (6–12 months). Three modules at 8, 6 and 8 weeks. ⭐ Mastery demonstrations include teaching three or more Foundation practitioners and an innovation project adopted by the community.
Advanced — Wisdom Transmitter (12+ months). Two ongoing modules. Requires a paradigm contribution adopted community-wide and "sustainable innovation: creation of systems that advance paradigm beyond individual involvement."
Four specialised tracks — AI Integration Specialist (6 months) · Ancient Wisdom Translator (9) · Strategic Positioning Master (8) · Community Builder Specialist (12).
⚑⚑ Every level gates on something the candidate must produce that other people then use. ⚠ Not an exam, not attendance — a framework someone adopts, practitioners someone trains, a contribution the community takes up. ⭐ That is a harder standard than most professional certification and it is unusual in this space.
⭐⭐ The certification document's accessibility provisions are the strongest evidence that these are plans rather than marketing.1
Financial: sliding-scale tuition indexed to income · community-funded scholarships · work-study through community service · extended payment plans.
Learning: multiple modalities · self-directed pace with minimum and maximum bounds · cultural adaptation of the framework · multiple technology platforms.
And: "gender and identity inclusion: welcoming and supportive environment for all identity expressions" · "neurodiversity accommodation: learning approaches suitable for diverse cognitive styles."
⚑⚑ Nobody fabricating credibility writes a neurodiversity accommodation clause. ⚠ It persuades no one, appears in no pitch, and exists only because somebody was thinking about who would actually turn up. ⭐ It is the clearest signal in the three documents that the author is designing rather than performing.
⚑ And the assessment doctrine is held consistently across the set: "competency-based assessment: demonstration of capability rather than time-based completion" — the same principle the corpus states in its learning-architecture document and violates in twelve calendars elsewhere.4
Three versions with point releases, targets and success criteria.1
1.0 Foundation Paradigm (years 1–2) — 50–200 members, basic certification established, "demonstrated individual transformation in 80%+ of committed practitioners." 2.0 Systematic Integration (years 3–4) — 1,000+ practitioners across multiple countries, academic partnerships, corporate methodology. 3.0 Cultural Movement (years 5–7) — 10,000+ practitioners, business-school curricula, policy recognition.
A technology roadmap in three bands: current AI collaboration protocols (2024–26) · "advanced AI capability integration while preserving human agency", AR/VR, blockchain governance (2027–30) · a principles-based evaluation framework for whatever arrives after 2030.
Three regional adaptation strategies — Western business and academic integration · Eastern synthesis with existing sangha and ashram structures · Global South adaptation for different economic contexts, "preserving local wisdom traditions."
And 10-, 25- and 50-year visions, closing on "ancient wisdom and modern technology integration normalized in human culture" by 2074.
⭐ Risk Management Protocols names four risks: Mission Drift · Quality Degradation · Cultural Appropriation Prevention · ⭐ Commercial Exploitation Protection — "sustainable business model maintaining paradigm integrity." ⚠ Closing section, as always.5
The certification document specifies how people are to be taught, and three of its commitments cut against the practice material elsewhere.1
Experiential emphasis — all learning immediately tested in personal and professional contexts, ⭐ and "failure integration: systematic learning extraction from unsuccessful experiments." ⚑ A curriculum that requires failed experiments to be processed rather than discarded is asking for something the corpus itself has never produced.7
Wisdom-tradition integration — "classical text study: direct engagement with source materials from multiple traditions." ⚠ Direct engagement with sources is precisely what the corpus's own documents most conspicuously lack, and the certification requires it of every candidate.
Modern pedagogy — adaptive learning paths, competency-based assessment, ⭐ peer teaching as a requirement rather than an option, and "technology-enhanced learning: AI-assisted research and framework development."
Plus a four-part evaluation — knowledge, skill demonstration, ⭐ character evaluation ("embodiment of paradigm principles in daily life and professional practice"), and cultural contribution — with 360-degree review, self-assessment, real-world validation and long-term follow-up.
⚑⚑ Character evaluation is the item that has no counterpart anywhere in the practice documents. ⚠ The corpus measures progression by XP, by third-party impressions, or by behavioural gates — never by an assessed judgement of how a person conducts themselves. ⭐ The certification programme, alone in the corpus, proposes that someone else forms a view about the candidate's character and that it counts.
⭐⭐⭐ This is the finding these three documents force, and it corrects an over-broad reading of an earlier one.
⚑ The build's phase-3 headline set a fabricated fifty-practitioner study — 80% sustained income growth, 90% higher work satisfaction — against the SWOT's four paid subscribers.2 ⚠ That finding is correct and it is about a document that reports results which do not exist.
⚑⚑ These three documents describe an organisation of the same imagined scale and fabricate nothing, because every clause is in the design register: "success criteria," "target," "objective," "the community strategy emphasises." ⭐ They specify. They do not report.
⚠ The distinction matters practically. ⚑ A business plan projecting 10,000 practitioners is doing what business plans do. A case study claiming fifty practitioners were followed through a complete implementation cycle is a claim about the past, and the past either happened or it did not.
⭐ So the corpus's business documents divide cleanly into two classes, and only one is at fault. ⚑⚑ The build should hold that line explicitly, because the alternative is convicting a plan of being ambitious — and ambition in a plan is not a defect, it is the genre.
⚑ Read as a design, the three documents state priorities the corpus's teaching material leaves implicit.
⭐ The certification's gates are all productive. ⚠ Not knowledge, not practice hours — a tool others use, practitioners you trained, a contribution adopted. ⚑ Which means the system's actual theory of attainment is that you have progressed when something you made is being used by someone else.
⚑⚑ That is a coherent position and it is in tension with the devotional material, which locates attainment in a relation rather than in an output.6 ⚠ A practitioner could satisfy every certification requirement while the relation the practice is supposedly about remained untouched — and nothing in the three documents would detect it.
⭐ The community documents partly answer this with the Inner Circle's "committed daily practitioners of the complete three-track system," which is a practice condition rather than a productive one. ⚑ It is the only such condition in the three documents, and it gates membership rather than certification.
Keep the sliding scale and the accommodations. ⚑ They cost credibility nothing and they are the part of the design most likely to be dropped first under revenue pressure.
Keep the productive gates. ⭐ A framework somebody adopted is a far better certification standard than an exam, and it is genuinely hard to fake.
Add one relational gate. ⚠ Every current certification requirement can be met without the devotional practice doing anything. The Inner Circle's daily-practice condition is the model; it belongs at each level.
Publish the failures. ⚑ Transparent Development is stated as a cultural principle and it is also the corpus's missing evidence. A community norm of sharing what did not work would generate, in a year, the first-person record the whole corpus lacks.7
And keep plans in the plan register. ⚑ The three documents already do this correctly. The failure mode is one sentence away — a target restated later as an outcome.
Sources. Hanumanic Strategy: Community Strategy, Hanumanic Strategy: Education & Certification and Hanumanic Strategy: Evolution Roadmap, all read in full 2026-08-18 with the twenty-nine other documents of the remaining folder clusters.1 personal-notes. [EXTENSION].
⚑ These three complete phase 3's twelve-part framework spec. ⚠ A probe-only method would have filed them as read, because their titles share a string appearing 418 times in the build; they were caught by counting the spec's twelve parts against the folder's fifteen files of that name.
⚠ Bounded. This page describes three design documents. ⛔ It makes no claim that any part of the community, certification programme or roadmap exists, has been attempted, or has enrolled anyone — and across sixty-one folder documents read to date, no document reports any of it operating.7
🚩 [PROJECTION — not a claim about the past] on all targets and success criteria, including the 80%+ transformation figure. ⚑ Recorded distinctly from the corpus's fabricated evidence, which reports outcomes that did not occur.
Open question. ⚑ Was any of it built? Bounded on the forty-four unread folder documents and on any material dated after these three.
⚑ The author designs an institution with better standards than the corpus that would staff it.
⚠ The certification demands a framework adopted by others, practitioners successfully trained, and a contribution the community takes up. ⚑⚑ Applied to the corpus itself, most of its constructs would fail: they are unadopted, untaught and unused, and the build has found no report of anyone practising any of them.7
⭐ That is not hypocrisy — it is a designer setting a standard he has not yet met, which is the normal condition of anyone building something. ⚑ But it means the certification documents are quietly the corpus's harshest self-assessment, and considerably more demanding than the SWOT the build has been treating as its most candid moment.2
⚑⚑ The SWOT concedes small numbers. These documents specify what would count as the thing working — and by their own criteria, it is not yet working. ⭐ A plan that makes its author's current position clearly insufficient is a more useful document than a candid financial disclosure, and the build should weight it accordingly.
Hanumanic Strategy Corpus — Limitations §B, the manufactured evidence. ⚑ The corpus's fabricated evidence set beside its honest plan, and the pairing establishes the boundary the build was missing. That page holds the fifty-practitioner study with its 80% and 90% outcomes against the SWOT's four paid subscribers. ⚑⚑ The insight the pairing produces: the two documents make numerically similar claims and are epistemically opposite, and the difference is tense. ⚠ "80% of committed practitioners will demonstrate transformation" is a success criterion; "80% show sustained income growth" is a finding. ⭐ One can be missed; the other can only be false. And the practical consequence is a rule the corpus could apply mechanically: any figure about people must carry either a target-word or a method, and a figure with neither is a fabrication regardless of intent. ⚑ These three documents pass that test on every number. The evidence document fails it on all of them.
⚑ The whole design assumes an institution is what this material needs next.
⚠ But the corpus's own diagnosis of its reader is someone who has no colleagues, no validation, and no structure — and its answer, across every practice document, is a set of internal substitutes for those things.8 ⚑⚑ These three documents propose building the external structure for real, which would make most of the internal substitutes unnecessary.
🧭 The open boundary: are the solo protocols a bridge to a community, or a replacement for one? ⚑ The corpus never says, and the two answers imply different products. A bridge is temporary scaffolding and should be designed to be dismantled. A replacement is the product, and the community documents are then a distraction from it.
🧭 The sharper form, and it is the chapter: the corpus's most demanding safety limit requires a spiritual community the reader does not have.9 ⭐ These documents are the only place in either corpus where that community is actually specified — its rings, its rhythms, its governance, its conflict procedure. ⚠ Which means the certification programme is not a monetisation layer bolted onto a practice; it is the missing precondition of the practice's own highest stage. ⚑ Neither the practice documents nor the business documents notice that one is the other's requirement, and the corpus has been treating as a revenue plan the thing its own safety architecture says it cannot proceed without.
