The Hanumanic Strategy corpus's most ambitious practice document teaches a fifteen-minute preparation in three five-minute phases, aimed at making the practitioner a channel through which awakened awareness can pass to other people.1
⚑ Its opening image is the honest one: everything the corpus has produced so far is "sophisticated descriptions of honey — its molecular structure, nutritional benefits, and production methods," and this document prepares for tasting.1
⚠ It also reaches, throughout, for "traditional sources" and "the classical texts" and never names one. ⚑⚑ The vault holds the literature it is groping for, and that literature is graded and technical where this document is binary and impressionistic.3
The model is stated cleanly and it is a real position, not an invention. The teacher gives the student nothing they lack; the teacher "creates conditions where the student's inherent awakened awareness can recognise itself clearly."1 Recognition is instantaneous and requires no preparation, though preparation makes it stable.
Two Sanskrit terms carry the claim. Śaktipāta, named alongside "direct pointing." And bhāva samāveśa — glossed as "the direct sharing of devotional consciousness between teacher and disciple."1
⚑ The second is the more interesting choice, and it is apt. ⚠ Samāveśa is the term for absorptive penetration in the very tradition that theorises this most carefully, and pairing it with bhāva aims it at the devotional register specifically.3 ⚑ The author is not fumbling — he is reaching accurately at vocabulary he has not read.
Five minutes. Attention at the heart centre, silently repeating "Hraṃ," then "gradually release any effort to control or direct the experience."1
⚑⚑ The marker is the phase's real content and it is well chosen: moments when the mantra continues by itself, without conscious effort.1
⚠ That is an observable with a genuine claim behind it — the practice ceasing to be something the practitioner is doing. ⚑ And it is the same grammar the corpus's other markers use: an event, not a state, noticed rather than assessed.7
⚑ The document reads it as evidence of "your natural capacity for receiving transmission." ⚠ That inference is the document's, not the tradition's, and it is doing a lot of work — automaticity in a repeated practice has ordinary explanations, and none is considered.
Five minutes, and this is the sequence's best-designed step.
First, identify strongly and completely with the ordinary self — personal history, preferences, individual identity — for thirty seconds. ⚑ Deliberately, and first. Then allow that sense of selfhood to become permeable.1
The image is a clear glass container — "that can be filled with any liquid without changing the liquid's essential nature. The container remains functional but does not impose its own qualities on what it contains."1
⚑⚑ And the refusal is explicit: "You are not trying to become Hanuman or lose your individual capacity for functioning in the world."1
⚠ This is the cleanest statement of identification-without-dissolution anywhere in the extension corpus, and it matters because the corpus's other identification practice is a forty-minute meditation that had to build four separate safeguards to say the same thing.2 ⚑ Here one image does it: a container that stays a container.
⚑ The thirty-second consolidation before the loosening is the part to keep. ⚠ Loosening what has not first been gathered is not transparency; it is diffuseness, and the document's ordering forecloses that without saying so.
Five minutes. A vertical channel of light from the crown to the base of the spine, named as the suṣumṇā nāḍī. Then extended upward beyond the body to Hanuman's presence above the head. Then extended downward beyond the body to all beings who might benefit. The completed configuration is called a "transmission mudra."1
⚑⚑ The downward extension is opened before any transmission is received, and the document gives the reason: "transmission naturally wants to move through those who receive it to benefit other beings," and building the outlet first "prevents the spiritual materialism that can occur when expanded awareness becomes a personal possession rather than a gift to be shared."1
⚑ That is a structural anti-hoarding device rather than an exhortation, and it is the best piece of design in the document. ⚠ The corpus's characteristic safeguard is a sentence telling the practitioner to be sincere.8 This one is a step in a sequence that has to be performed.
The document argues that Hanuman constitutes a distinct transmission lineage, on the grounds that his awakening came through perfect devotion rather than through formal meditation or philosophical study — the surrender producing "such transparency in his consciousness that Rama's awakened awareness could operate through him without any obstruction."1
Three characteristics are claimed as distinctive: courage and fearlessness as expressions of awakening rather than merely peaceful states; dynamic activity and service as integral to realisation rather than distractions from it; and the fierce protective aspect integrated alongside the compassionate.1
Two named states. Vīra bhāva — heroic consciousness that "fearlessly confronts whatever obstacles prevent clear recognition." And "Hanumān sthiti" — "a stable state of consciousness where individual identity remains functional while awakened awareness operates spontaneously through all activities."1
🚩 Hanumān sthiti* is introduced with *"what the texts describe as." ⚠ It is a coinage, and the frame claims provenance for it. ⚑ This is the corpus's third attribution species, now well documented, and the repair is four words already in the author's vocabulary — what I would call.6
⚑ Vīra bhāva, by contrast, is real, and the volume supplies its Hanuman-specific context: the Tantrasāra's framing of the twelve-syllable mantra in the vīra mode.4 ⚠ Which came bundled with the Śaṅkarācārya of Dvārakā's prohibition on the fierce rites — the limit the corpus went past without finding.
⚑⚑ The document's account of śaktipāta is binary: either transmission occurred or it did not, with a warning that it may be mistaken for something lesser.
⚠ The tradition that developed this most rigorously does not treat it as binary at all. ⚑ Abhinavagupta's nine grades exist precisely to distinguish intensities of descent and to say what follows from each — which is the apparatus this document needs and does not know exists.3
⚑⚑ The gap is not decorative. A practitioner with a binary model who experiences something partial has two available readings — it happened, or it did not — and both are wrong. A graded model gives them a third and correct one, and tells them what to do next.
⚠ This is the phase-1B finding arriving again in its sharpest form. ⚑ The corpus is not rejecting the tradition's apparatus. It does not know the apparatus is there, because a practitioner who believes he is trespassing does not go looking for the tradition's own refinements.5
⚑⚑ And the Aṅka has the exact doctrine this document is reaching for, argued, attributed and about Hanuman himself.
Essay 41's reading of the jñāna-mudrā: "it was never Sūrya's gift at all, it was proximity."9 ⚠ That is transmission-by-proximity as a claim about how Hanuman learned, made by a named contributor with a text attached.
⚑ The document asserts what the volume argues. ⚑⚑ And the volume's version is better in the way that matters: it identifies what did the work. Not a technique, not a channel, not a mudrā — the fact of being near.
⚠ Which, taken seriously, would rearrange the practice. ⚑ A fifteen-minute preparation for receiving at a distance is a solution to a problem the volume's account says is not the problem.
Keep phase two entire, including the thirty seconds of deliberate self-identification first. ⚑ The gathering before the loosening is the design, and the glass-container image is the corpus's best single formulation of identification without dissolution.2
Keep the downward extension before the upward. ⚑⚑ An outlet built into the sequence is worth more than any number of warnings against spiritual materialism, and it is one of very few safeguards in this corpus that a practitioner cannot satisfy by feeling sincere.
Replace the binary account of transmission with a graded one before building anything on it. ⚑ The vault's nine-grade material is the ready-made apparatus, and it converts an unanswerable question — did it happen? — into an answerable one.3
And restate Hanumān sthiti as a coinage. ⚑ Four words, no loss, and it protects the terms in the same document that are real.6
Source. Iteration 5: Direct Transmission Mastery — The Art of Consciousness Transfer, read in full 2026-08-18 with the seven other documents of the psychology cluster.1 personal-notes. [EXTENSION] — this is an authored iteration, not received practice, and is recorded in full accordingly.
🚩 [TRADITION-CLAIM — unverified] on the three distinctive characteristics of a Hanuman transmission lineage. ⚠ The document asserts that classical sources describe them and names none. The volume's material is consistent with the first and third but does not constitute the lineage claim being made.
🚩 [EXTENSION] presented as tradition on "Hanumān sthiti." ⚑ A coinage under a provenance-claiming frame; recorded, not silently repaired.
Bounded. ⚑ The claim that the document names no source within any tradition is a claim about this document, read in full. ⚠ Whether the nine-grade material or the jñāna-mudrā argument appears anywhere else in the corpus is a claim about the fifty-three folder documents read as of 2026-08-18; fifty-two are unread.
Open question. ⚑ Has the practitioner received transmission, or is this preparatory in the strict sense? The document addresses a reader who might come to offer it and never states whether the author has been on the receiving end of one.10 ⚠ The distinction decides whether this is a report or a projection, and the document does not supply it.
⚑ The document builds its most careful safeguard into the practice and its loosest claim into the prose.
⚠ The downward channel is structural — it must be performed, and skipping it is visible to the practitioner. ⚑ The claim that three specific characteristics distinguish a Hanuman transmission lineage is asserted, sourced to nobody, and unfalsifiable as stated.
⚑⚑ Both are in a document of three thousand words by one author in one sitting, which suggests the two are produced by different activities rather than different levels of care. Designing a sequence forces the question what happens next? Writing a paragraph about a lineage does not.
⚑ Which is a usable finding for the book rather than a criticism of the corpus. ⚠ The corpus's quality tracks its form: where it writes procedures it is disciplined, and where it writes exposition it drifts. ⚑⚑ Every construct this build has rated highest is a sequence, a table or a schedule — the conversion table, the curriculum method, the pre-registered designs, the safety framework, this preparation.8 The extension project's most reliable move may simply be to write in forms that ask questions back.
Abhinavagupta's Non-dual Śaktipāta and the Nine Grades. ⚑ The handshake that supplies the missing apparatus, and the pairing produces something neither page holds alone. That page grades the descent of power by intensity and consequence, so that a partial event is a describable thing with a name and a next step rather than a failed one. ⚑⚑ Set beside this document, it shows that the corpus's pseudo-transmission worry is a symptom of the binary model rather than a genuine hazard — once the descent is graded, most of what the document warns might be mistaken for transmission simply is transmission, of a lower grade, with different obligations attached. ⚠ The warning and the apparatus solve the same problem, and the tradition's solution is the one that leaves the practitioner able to act.
Dīkṣā and Paddhati Secrecy. ⚑ The structural condition this practice assumes away. That page holds the tradition's governance of transmission — who may receive, from whom, under what restriction, and what may be written. ⚑⚑ The insight the pairing produces: this document teaches a self-administered preparation for transmission, which is a category the tradition does not have. ⚠ Every element the document keeps — the channel, the receptivity, the transparency — is preparation the tradition also uses; every element it drops is the part involving another person with authority. What survives the removal is the interior half of a two-party rite. ⚑ That may be a legitimate extension and it is precisely the kind the project exists to make — but it should be made knowingly, and the document does not appear to know a half is missing.
⚑ The document prepares a practitioner to become transparent and never asks transparent to what.
⚠ The sequence opens a container, opens a channel upward, and opens a channel downward to all beings, in fifteen minutes, alone. ⚑⚑ Nothing at any point establishes what is at the other end. The upward extension is toward "what you sense as Hanuman's presence" — sensed by the practitioner, verified by nobody.
🧭 The open question is the one the whole tradition of graded initiation exists to answer: what would you need to know before making yourself permeable? ⚑ The document has four rigorous criteria for when a practitioner may offer transmission and not one for when they should receive it.10
⚑⚑ And the volume holds the case that makes the question concrete rather than theoretical. ⚠ Ramakrishna took Hanuman's bhāva as formal practice, and Saradananda recorded the physical change — and its reversal.11 ⚑ A state that ended is the single most useful datum a transmission doctrine can have, and this one has no way to represent it: on a binary model, a transmission that reversed either never happened or is still happening.
🧭 So the live edge is not whether transmission is real. It is whether a doctrine built entirely from accounts of things beginning can guide anyone through something ending — and neither corpus has written that, though one of them has the case.
