Healing Stones by Organ

Thirty Minutes, Three Times a Day, for Seven Days

Most writing about healing crystals tells you which stone is for which complaint and stops. This section keeps going, and what it adds is a schedule.

Place three of these gemstones near the stomach or over the bladder for thirty minutes three times a day for seven days. Place five in a sachet over the heart area for twenty minutes twice a day. Wear two over the genital area for three hours three times per day, and be sure to remove them during the night period.1

Site, count, duration, frequency, course length, and a nightly break. That is the shape of a prescription, and it is the only place in this material where instructions are written that way.

The Hedge Comes From the Source Itself

Before any of the protocols, one sentence needs quoting exactly, because it is unusual and because it belongs to the material rather than to this page.

The Apprentice and Wizard should use gemstones as concurrent therapy, being secondary to the medical advice given by a professional physician.

That is stated plainly, in the section's own introduction, and it settles the question of how the rest is meant to be read. The protocols below are offered as an addition to medical care and explicitly subordinated to it. ⚠ Everything on this page is reported on that footing.

Why Stones Are Said to Heal

Three mechanisms are given, and the first is materially specific in a way the others are not.

Consisting solely of minerals, elemental compounds and crystal formations, most gemstones correlate with many of the minerals and compositions needed for life. And the consequence drawn from that: by having them close to the body, these compounds transfer, stimulate and rekindle organs and tissues which had been compromised by illnesses and conditions.

Transfer is the word to watch. The claim is not resonance or influence — it is that mineral compounds move from the stone into the body across skin contact.

The second mechanism is planetary: many stones are imbued with planetary energies which actually endow them with potent healing qualities, which can both prevent sickness and cure conditions. The third is populated: the spiritual emanations of archangels, elementals and other spiritual beings are also infused into them. So a healing stone is doing three things at once — donating minerals, radiating a planet, and carrying an angel.

⚠ The first of those three is a physical claim and it does not hold. Polished stones do not transfer their mineral content through intact skin, and several of the stones named in these lists — malachite is a copper carbonate, and pyrite is an iron sulphide — are ones you would specifically not want dissolving into you. Handled as polished objects they are inert, which is how they are used here. Reported as stated, with the correction attached.

Analytical Case Study — Cleansed Every Single Time

The rule that separates healing use from every other gemstone use is about frequency of cleaning, and its stated reason is worth reading carefully. When dealing with healing and gemstones, the gemstones must be cleansed every time they are used. Not weekly, as the general re-powering rule requires. Every time.

The method is one charm — Exornita Potens Lapidus — and the purpose is specific: to clean the stone from unwanted energies and from low level vibrations associated with pain, hurtfulness and the usual discomfort typically associated with illnesses. Read what that assumes. The stone does not simply deliver something to the patient. It takes something on — the low-level vibrations of the pain it was applied to — and holds them until it is cleaned. Which makes a healing stone the third instrument in this material built on the same sweep-and-discharge model as the iron nail passed head to foot and the illness stone passed over the body and rinsed.

And it explains two instructions in the protocols that would otherwise look like modesty. The lung stones are worn as long as needed, removing daily to clean them. The spleen stone stays fixed to the skin, only removing it during the night for cleansing. Those are not rest periods for the patient. They are cleaning cycles for the instrument, and they are the reason nothing here is worn continuously.

The Protocols

Nine, in the order given, with everything specified. General health. Four gemstones in a sachet hanging from the neck just above the solar plexus or the abdomen. This is the only one with no time limit — it provides good health to the wearer while worn.

Broken bones. Two stones near the broken bone, to speed the healing process. Digestive and urinary. Three near the stomach or over the bladder, thirty minutes, three times a day, for seven days. This is the only protocol with a stated course length.

Heart. Five in a sachet over the heart area, twenty minutes, twice a day. The largest count and the shortest session.

Heartburn and indigestion. One stone close to the abdominal skin, for as long as possible — and the practical note that follows is the most domestic sentence in the material: many people I know use surgical tape to fix the stones firmly to the flesh while incorporating to their daily affairs. Lungs. Three over each lung — six in total — fixed to the back, worn as long as needed, removed daily to be cleaned.

Reproductive system and fertility. Two over the genital area, three hours, three times a day, removed at night. Spleen. One, fixed to the skin over the spleen, removed only at night for cleansing.

Anything else. For other medical conditions not covered here, two stones on the right hand, possibly on a ring. A catch-all, and the only healing entry that puts the stones somewhere other than on the affected part.

A Few Stones Do Most of the Work

Read across the protective, grounding and healing lists and the same names keep returning, which changes what a practitioner actually has to own.

Hematite appears under general protection, pregnancy, grounding from illusions, healing bones and general infirmities — five entries across all three categories. Tiger's Eye appears under general protection, travel, grounding for focus, healing bones and the spleen. Amethyst appears under travel, psychic protection, grounding from vices, general healing, the digestive protocol and general infirmities — six.

The lists run to dozens of names each and read as an inventory. The overlap says otherwise. A practitioner carrying hematite, tiger's eye and amethyst is equipped for a substantial fraction of every list here — which matters, because every stone owned has to be cleansed before each healing use and re-powered weekly. The maintenance cost is per stone, so a small overlapping set is not a compromise. It is the only version of this that a person could actually keep up.

Read the Dosages Side by Side

Set the numbers out and a rough logic appears, though it is never stated. Contact time runs inversely to count. The heart takes five stones for twenty minutes. The digestive system takes three for thirty. The reproductive system takes two for three hours. The spleen takes one, worn all day. More stones, less time; fewer stones, longer.

And the sites that stay covered all day — abdomen, spleen, back — are the ones with the lowest counts, which is also what would make them wearable under clothes. Whether that is a mechanism or a practicality is not said. The one place the pattern breaks is the catch-all. Two stones on the right hand, for an unspecified condition, with no duration at all — which is the metals section's logic rather than this one's, and the right hand is where the travel stone and the focus stones go.

Implementation Workflow — Running a Course

The whole thing, in order. Start with the hedge. These are offered as concurrent therapy, secondary to a physician's advice. That is the material's own framing, not an addition to it.

Cleanse before every single use with Exornita Potens Lapidus — not weekly, every time — because the stone picks up the low-level vibrations of pain and holds them.

Match the site to the complaint. Bones get two stones beside the break. The stomach and bladder get three, half an hour, three times daily, for a week. The heart gets five in a sachet, twenty minutes, twice a day. The lungs get three on the back over each side. The genital area gets two, three hours, three times daily. The spleen gets one taped in place.

Take them off at night. Reproductive and spleen protocols say so explicitly, and the lung stones come off daily. The break is for cleaning the stones.

Use surgical tape where the stone has to stay put — the source's own suggestion, and the reason a stone can be worn through an ordinary working day. And for anything not on the list, two stones on the right hand, on a ring.

Evidence, Tensions, Open Questions

The mechanisms, the protocols and the cleansing rule are asserted with no tradition named and nothing quoted. This is the Eldest Tradition warrant on the source stub. 🚩 SINGLE SOURCE.

⚠ This is a section of health claims and it is reported rather than endorsed. The source's own hedge — concurrent therapy, secondary to the medical advice given by a professional physician — is quoted verbatim above and is the framing under which everything here is recorded. Broken bones, heart conditions, respiratory conditions and fertility problems are all serious medical matters requiring professional care.

⚠ The mineral-transfer mechanism is a physical claim and it is false. Polished stones do not transfer mineral content through intact skin. Several stones in these lists are copper or iron compounds that would be actively unwelcome if they did. As used — polished, in a sachet, or taped to the skin — they are inert.

🚩 The stone-to-condition attributions are broadly conventional in contemporary crystal healing and are not distinctive to this system. The dosing schedule is distinctive, and this build has not found it in the general literature. Unresolved: nothing states what to do if a course finishes without effect. The digestive protocol runs seven days and no follow-up, repeat interval or stopping rule is given for any of the others.

Author Tensions & Convergences

Follow the mineral mechanism and a healing stone is a donor. It contains compounds the body needs, and proximity lets them transfer, stimulate and rekindle compromised organs and tissues. On that account the stone gives something up, and would presumably be depleted by use.

Follow the cleansing rule and a healing stone is a receiver. It must be cleaned after every use because it picks up the low-level vibrations of pain, hurtfulness and discomfort. On that account the stone takes something on, and needs emptying rather than refilling.

Both are stated in the same introduction, one paragraph apart. And they predict opposite maintenance: a donor should be re-charged and a receiver should be drained. The instruction given is to drain it, which suggests the second reading is the operative one — while the first is the one offered as the explanation.

Cross-Domain Handshakes

Cooling the Heated Brain: The Thermal Logic of Abhiṣeka — Both traditions explain a ritual act by a physical mechanism rather than by symbolism, and in both the mechanism is offered as what is actually happening rather than as an image the tradition reached for.

The abhiṣeka account is a plumbing claim. Fierce practice heats the brain, the five poured substances cool it, and the rite is thermal regulation for the practitioner's own overworked nervous system dressed as a bath for a god. The mechanism and the observable are the same thing — the head runs hot and the water is cool, and a practitioner can feel both halves.

Here the stated mechanism is unobservable and the observable is a schedule, which neither corpus notices. Minerals are said to transfer from stone to tissue, and nothing about that is available to the person doing it: you cannot feel a compound crossing your skin, and it is not crossing. What the practitioner actually experiences is thirty minutes, three times a day, for seven days — the discipline of the course, the tape, the removal at night. Which is why the cleansing rule is the more revealing half of this section: it describes something the practitioner does and can complete, and it survives whether or not the mineral claim does.

The Live Edge

Sharpest implication. A healing stone has to be cleansed every time it is used, because it takes on the low level vibrations associated with pain, hurtfulness and discomfort. So the nightly removals and daily cleanings in these protocols are not rest for the patient. They are the instrument being emptied, and a stone worn continuously would be re-applying what it collected yesterday.

Generative questions.

  • The stone is said to donate minerals and required to be drained after every use. Which of those does the cleansing charm actually do?
  • Counts rise as durations fall — five stones for twenty minutes, one stone all day. Is that a dose, or is it what a person can physically wear?
  • Everything not on the list gets two stones on the right hand. Why does the catch-all leave the site of the complaint entirely?
